Backbone State Park is the crown jewel of Iowa’s Driftless Area, One of Iowa’s most scenic and popular parks, Richmond Springs trout meanders through the park adding to the rich experience found in these natural wonders.
I’ve been an avid Iowa trout fisher for many years. As I sojourn Iowa’s many incredibly beautiful and bountiful trout streams, I’ve chosen to immortalize these gems of God’s creation through my painting.
“Richmond Springs” is the first of my series of Iowa trout streams.
